Auctioneer / Dealer Terms and Conditions Equipment can be inspected at 12999 CR 25-A, Anna, Ohio 45302. Pickup within 5 days of auction close. Prior to bidding, all Internet Buyers must provide the information required by the auctioneer to be approved. All credit cards on file must be current and correct to be approved by the auctioneer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All lots are bought As-Is Where-Is. All hour meters, odometers, tachometers are assumed correct The buyer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. We Strongly encourage self-inspections before bidding on any item. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier's Check. We also accept Credit Card (3.3% fee) and Wire transfer ($15 fee) Shelby county Ohio sales tax (7.25%) will be applied to your invoice. Tax exempt buyers will need to provide an Ohio SALES TAX exemption form 15% buyers fee will be added to the final bid price to determine the sale price. Troy Kies Auctioneer does not test items for genuineness. All descriptions are believed true, inspection encouraged. You are bidding on the described item, always read the descriptions. Any items left behind after the specific date or dates will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited unless alternate pick up or shipping arrangements were made prior to load out. 1.
