All sales are final. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Payments are required via Wire, Cashiers check, Check or Credit Card with 4% surcharge fee in full within 3 business days. No later than the following Monday upon completion of the auction. No exceptions. Out of the US purchases MUST be paid by wire. A $15.00 fee will be added to all wire transfers. Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. All applicable sales & use tax will be added to the purchase of non titled items. Items must be picked up within 14 days upon completion of auction. $25.00/day storage fee will be charged after 14 days unless other arrangements are made. After 45 days, items not picked up will be resold on AuctionTime. Schedule loading arrangements ahead of picking up equipment.
