PAYMENT IS DUE BY WIRE TRANSFER ONLY! NO EXCPTIONS.
PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL WITHIN 2 DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSING. NO EXCEPTIONS! SUCCESSFUL BIDDER WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE DIRECTLY FROM MORRIS & SONS FARMS WITH WIRING INSTRUCTIONS.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSING. AFTER THAT TIME, UNCLAIMED ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED BACK TO MORRIS & SONS FARMS LLC AND NO REFUND WILL BE MADE TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER. THE UNCLAIMED ITEMS WILL THEN BE REOFFERED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR SALE.
IF AN ITEM CANNOT BE PICKED UP IN THIS TIME AND IT IS YOUR INTENT TO STILL PURCHASE IT, A 10% MONTHLY “HOUSING FEE” WILL BE ASSESSED TO THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.

*LOADOUT TERMS
LOADOUT WILL BE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 8:30AM TO 4:30PM ONLY. ALL PICKUP DRIVERS MUST CALL AT LEAST 4 HOURS AHEAD OF TIME IN ORDER TO PICK UP.
MORRIS & SONS FARMS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS WHILE LOADING OR UNLOADING ON OUR YARD. WE WILL ASSIST WITH LOADING FOR UP TO 1 HOUR FOR FREE, AFTER THAT THERE WILL BE A $100 PER HOUR CHARGE.
Auctioneer / Dealer Terms and Conditions
All items need to be paid for in full within 2 days of auction closing and removed within 30 days. If not removed within 30 days of auction closing their will be a $25 per day storage fee for every day following the initial 30 days. All sales are final, no exceptions. Payment methods is bank wire ONLY. Out of US sales a $10.00 bank service charge is added for wire transfers. Invoice will be emailed to the email on file with AuctionTime at the completion of the auction. Sales tax of 6.75% is applied for all items that are not being used for the direct production of agriculture and qualifies for tax exempt. Blanket tax exemption forms available and will be required if exemption is claimed. Items are sold as is, where is, with no warranty and described in detail to the best of our knowledge. We will assist with loading with no extra charge up to two hours; if additional loading time is required a loading service charge will be added $50.00 per hour.
