Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of auction end to verify information for invoice preparation and payment method. Wire transfer is the preferred method of payment and is due within 72 business hours from completion of auction. In state purchases are subject to Idaho sales tax. Out of state or sales tax exempt purchases require appropriate exemption forms. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full and funds are verified. Equipment is advertised to the best of our knowledge and is sold "As Is - Where Is" with no guarantees. Personal or independent 3rd party inspections are recommended and encouraged before bidding. Berry Machinery LLC inspections are merely visual and limited to what we see and hear the day of listing, however, no mechanical inspections were performed. Buyer understands any description given or written on the equipment is not guaranteed, and will rely entirely on their own inspection. All information we provide for this item such as Serial Numbers, Weights, Horsepower, Lift Capacities, etc., is taken from sources generally deemed to be accurate, but not guaranteed.
