    John Deere 410 Diesel with JD148 loader.

This unit has been completely gone through by Mike Gronenthal and is ready to go to work as is.
This was NOT a loader tractor. The loader was just recently put on.
Starts, runs, and sounds great!
Shifts the way it should.
Ready to go for snow season.
Everything works the way it should.
New clutch.
New head gasket.
New batteries.
New hydraulic pump coupler.
Hydraulic couplers have all been resealed.
JD 148 loader has 3rd valve for a grapple.
Loader does not drift or settle.
Loader pin and nice and tight with no slop.
Has separate 3 spool valve for the loader so the remotes are not all full.
Loader is straight with no cracks or broken welds.
All around nice unit that is ready to go to work.

PAYMENT: READ THIS BEFORE BIDDING
1.	The only accepted form of payment is an electronic check (which is free). 
2.	Payment must be completed within 24 hours of invoicing. 
3.	Payments not received within 24 hours of invoicing will be assessed a late fee of $50 per day unless you have approval otherwise with us. 
4.	Contact info for pickup will be given 3 BANKING days following payment (not including day of payment).

If you are bidding on behalf of someone else and are high bidder, there will be a $100 fee to do a name, e-mail, address, phone and billing change in our system. All communication will be sent to the winning bidder. Buyer payment is not contingent on buyer financing.  

LOADING: Roll On assistance is available *** by appointment*** for 14 days post auction at seller's/operators availability with minimum of 24 hour advance notice. Assistance is limited to roll-on. Anything else, bring your own man-power or equipment. 
* * * The operator loading you is not responsible for any damages to your item from loading.

TAX: Nebraska Sales tax will be charged unless (A) you are buying a vehicle or trailer, (B) you are tax exempt or (C) you are buying an item eligible for tax exemption. Options B & C require a completed  Form 13 along with your payment.  

The seller, Real Estate Solutions Team, and R.E.S.T Ag and Action make no warranties or guarantees of the items being sold whether written or implied. All sales are final. Items are being represented to the best of our knowledge, but it is up to the buyer to make their own conclusions. The buyer is encouraged to inspect items prior to the auction and bid based on their own conclusions. Inspection prior to the auction will need to be coordinated with Craig Korth.

PICKUP AFTER PAYMENT: Item must be paid for with payment clearing both accounts prior to picking up. Item must be picked up within 14 days of the close of this auction. If item is not picked up within 14 days, the item will be forfeited to the seller and no warranties or refund will be given to buyer.
